Morning all..Well that heat wave been and gone..Maybe will be able to get some sleep tonight..Phew has been so warm at nite..Even with windows open just no breeze..

Do hope this post ok, as will be of out appointment at  ulcer clinic with Jim, then its the boring food shop..Will check inbetween..lol

Mind i do hope the weather will be nice, for the  weekend of grandsons wedding..Not long now just over 2 weeks..Have my barnet sorted friday, decided to have highlights..Silver grey ones lol..

Well i am going grey so may as well help it along as i say..

Ok now onto why im posting..Nearly forgot why i came here. lol..Old grey matter taking over i think,...

I have used bee stamp, stencil and sentiment all from

Bee i stamped, coloured n fussy cut, then using distress inks and  stencil, i created the flowers..(shhhh have you spotted my boo boo..Only just noticed myself..lol..)

Sentiment stamped and added, with bee,s added..

Perpetual Calender

Good Morning all...

I'm trying  something new with this and used some water paints i got last week..Not sure i like, but they do say practice makes perfect, if anyone can be perfect..

I wanted to do something bit diffrent and thought i would make a perpetual calender..I stamped diffrent size flowers here n there, painted and added gems to centres..Can you guess when i made this ..lol..This is a sil file and cut on my portrait cutting machine..Sometimes wonder how i managed before got portrait..lol

What i have used..

Good Morning all...

Well don,t know about where you all live.  But looks like going to be nice sunny day in Nottingham..That will please Jim, he loves the sun..Mind he been keeping himself busy, found himself a hobby to..Been making bits for a friend who has a train set going round garden..Not them very small toy size ones..

Having parkinsons, he finds while he busy, he don't have the shakes, mainly right hand..Its starting to annoying him now, specially when struggles to do coat up or button something..Thats when i get called for..

Anyways on to my post We have a new challenge over at

Are You Having a Giraffe?

Morning all..Hope all are well, and happy in your crafting ..

Well have you seen these Pink Ink Stamps?,..Not to everyones taste but a couple took my fancy, and i fell in love with this Giraffe..I just had to have her..On sale in most craft places, Pink ink store is Here..

Every time i look at her with the glasses i think of them old school headmistress or teachers sitting at desk, looking over at you over top of her glasses, if get what i mean..Just waiting for that ticking of lol..

I have made a tag box, with her..

Have coloured image with promarkers..Distress inks used with other stamps that also come with giraffe..Used on tags also so they match..T

Do love that sentiment..Oh and you can have her with or without the glasses..Ive nicknamed her Raffe..lol..

Pull up Accordian Card..

Good Morning everyone...

Are we really half way through August already, oh my...

Mind n a happier note, not long for my grandsons wedding ..A weekend in Dorset to look forward to, Not looking forward to journey down mind..Got to travel on friday 13th eekk..lol...

Wedding is at Highcliffe Castle..Posh or what..Now I'm not comfy doing posh..lol..But only one day. I'm so looking forward to it to..Just need to get the barnet sorted, and I'm ready lol..

Anyways enough of that lets get on with my post..I decided to make a 

 Pull Up Accordian Card..

I've seen these about, and thought its time i had a go at one..Not so sure i will do more but they are diffrent..I always think change is as good as a rest..

For this i have used some of the stamps from the 

Colourific 

A5 Baby's First Christmas Stamp Set..

Firstly i cut the card out on my portrait, including the designer paper..

Then after using some of the stamps on plain bits and colouring with promarkers..

I stuck all together..Envelope also part of file and again cut out..

Well today is my last post as part of the Scrapping4fun Design Team..

I did enjoy my time with them and than Rachelle for having me..

Not a card everyone enjoys making, but sadly at times it needs doing..For my card i have used freebie stamps from simple cards & papercraft magazine..

I used texture past and stencil from mag..Quick brush over with some water distriss inks...Also a light spray of distress ink..Stamped , coloured flower then fussy cut and stuck onto card..Sentment stamped and cut and added..

Baby's First Christmas

Good Morning all, hope everyones well..

Hope weather is being kind to you all.. Not been to bad here, bit windy at times, but defo not cold..

Well today I'm here to show you the very cute stamps set by Colourific . Do pop over n check there stamps out...For these makes i have used..

The card templates are cutting files, cut on my portrait cutting machine..

I then stamped the stamps and coloured with promarkers..I also used some distress ink on edges of bib, and backing on dungerees..

Flip Flop gift boxes..

Good Morning everyone...Hope everyone is well..Whats weather like where you are, been bit hit and miss here..Sunny one min, dull next..Mind still warm n muggy..

Today i have made some flip flop gift boxes..Didn't have anything to put in them at mo..mind if was sweets, soon be emptied lol..

I have used the love Colourific 

A5 Chrysanthemum Clear Stamp Set

       

I have used kraft card for main boxes..And cut on my portrait cutting machine..

For top i used a polka dot stencil with distress inks..Stamped flowers and coloured with promarkers..

I also stamped, coloured and cut out flowers for front of flip flops...Secured with pin..

The the top section is glued in place on lid of box..Sentiment is from my stash..

Good Morning everyone...

Hope your not having this awful rain like we've had last few days..Had to go to pick brother up from worksop hospital tuesday ..

Silly bugger had fall at work fractured bones in his left hand..Anyways by time we left hosp, took him home it was bout 10.30pm by time we started our hour drive home..Boy that's one of the scariest hours i would'nt, want to repeat..So much rain, and flooded roads, and not much street lighting on them country roads..Struggling to see where was going..But gladly we did get home in one piece..

Anyways onto my reason for posting lol...

I have made a small gift box..

Gift box is a Silhouette file by snapdragon..All stamps, chrysanthemum, Honeycomb background, Bee and the tag, n sentiment are all by Phill Martin from his Box Kit....

1st i used Squeezed lemonade distress ink on plain card, then stamped flowers, bee and honeycomb.. ..And used promarkers to colour flowers..and fill in some of the bee ..
