Morning all....We have a new challenge starting today over at 

Crafty Friends Challenge Blog

The theme is anything begining with B..

For example....Butterfly, Bear, Boy, Baby..ect..

For my make ive gone with Baby and made a Insta-Cube ..A sil file cut on portrait..

Very easy to make...And thought its something diffrent..Once you pull cube out of sleeve it springs into shape of cube..Thanx to a elastic band inside..

Just messing with new stamps ect..

Morning as some of you may know i attend Phill Martins card class..Well when see he had brought out a Magazine Box Kit..I just had to have this lol..not just cause its Phills..I happen to like the stamps that came with it..

A A4 sheet full of stamps, stencil and sentiments, honeycomb die and die to cut round some flowers..All for 12.99..I paid bit extra for the extra stamp set Modern floral Elements..

So thought i would have a play with some of them..Not perfect..But enjoyed playing lol..I love the little Bee stamp..lol..

Distess inks used wild honey/dried marigold and rusty hinge..

Class card

Hi thought would show you the card made in class today..I attend Phill Martins class once a fortnight..Always have a laugh, Phill usually gets me to make his coffee, but he didn't this morning....His slipping lol..

I decided to make mine a anniversary card, rather than normal birthday card..

Have used  Stately Corner Sentiments  and Stately Sentiments along with some Watercolour Daydreams Paper..

Playing around with paints..

Ok thought would show you what Ive been playing around with..I invested in some pebeo paints few days ago..As wanted to have a play with something new..

Here is my first play with paints on canvas board..Used paste also..Mind went be over board with the red paint..Looks like cut myself oops..Some mixed media poly balls added..in corner..Stencil used for wording..Stamps freebie with mag..

Here is my 2nd play around..Not so busy as one above lol....
Fairy stamp free with magazine..Cannot recall wich one as have had for long time..Dream word stencil with paste..Again paint for background

Think you may see me using paints bit more often, although can get high on the smell at mo...lol

surprise drawers

Afternoon on a wet friday ...Mind saying that it is wet..BUT the rain has actually stopped...I did tell Jim my OH that he should think about making a boat..As we will need it very soon at this rate..Actually see a yellow ball in sky earlier..mmmm Wonder what that was..???

Anyways Monday we visited my brother, met him in his local town Retford..There they have a Works, so went in for a nose..Oh dear that was fatel lol..Mind didnt spend much as didnt have much lol...But i did buy some stamps..79p!! how cheap

Must go into nottingham and pop into our one when got more pennies..

Anyways here is what ive made...Have used 2 of the stamps..With distress oxides..The box its self is a sil file cut on portrait..

Brothers Birthday Card

Ok so Ive been having a play with some old and some new stamps..Its my brothers birthday soon...So thought would do something diffrent..

Ive sussed i prefer to use stamps, but really dont have a lot of new ones,..So been dishing out stamps i rushed to buy when i first started making cards..Would buy anything then ..lol

Backing card Ive used a honeycomb stencil..With distress inks..Then stamped on top with few old stamps, thought suitable for mans card..Sentiment and lettering are the new stamps. Sentimentally yours , Industrial Blue Print Collection..Available Here
